Refund policy

If you do not like our products, you can return them to us within two weeks after receiving the item. It is important that the product packaging hasn't been opened (the seal has to remain intact). Please be so kind as to reach out to us help(at)auraclayart.com and communicate whether you would like to be refunded for your purchase (sans shipping costs) or you would like to choose a new item at equal value.

The buyer then has to return the item at their own expense. Unfortunately, a refund for the return postage is not possible.
