Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at help@auraclayart.com. You can also cancel your order or initiate a return directly via your customer account under "Returns & Cancellations" — no login required.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled (shipped), free of charge.

Returns: After exercising your right of withdrawal, please return the item within the withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are non-refundable. We will refund the purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs), or you may select an item of equal value.

Please note: We recommend returning items in undamaged condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and function.
