Can I return or exchange the jewelry? For how long?

If you do not like the jewelry, you can return it to us within two weeks after receiving the item. It is important that the jewelry is completely unworn and only tried on (the safety seal has to remain intact).  Please be so kind as to reach out to us under help(at)auraclayart.com and communicate whether you would like to be refunded for your purchase (sans shipping costs) or you would like to choose a new item at equal value.

The buyer then has to return the item at their own expense. Unfortunately, a refund for the return postage is not possible.
